Pricing questions
What counts as an AI credit?
A Dive, a Deep Dive, a Supadupa Deep Dive, and AI follow-up drafts each spend credits — a quick Dive costs less than a full one. Each plan includes a monthly bucket per seat that resets every billing month, and you can buy top-ups if you run low.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, up or down. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing date. Nothing is locked in.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Each plan has a per-seat monthly price — Stream is $19 per seat. You pay for the seats you fill, and each tier tops out at a seat count (Stream at 10). Need more seats than a tier allows? Move up a plan.
What happens if I hit a limit?
You'll be nudged before you get there. Add seats or clients by moving up a plan; drop never deletes your data for going over.
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly today, in AUD. Annual and other currencies are on the way — get in touch if you need them now.
How do I pay?
Card, through Stripe. Every workspace manages its own subscription, invoices and cancellation from the billing screen.
